You may also reserve a room by calling: (949) 729-1234 and giving the conference name. When you are reserving a room, you are not paying for it up front. You can cancel you reservation up to 48 hours ahead of time without penalty.

The conference rate is $119 US/night 

Conference rate period: 

March 7th to March 13th

Those wishing to arrive earlier than the 7th or staying later than the 13th must book two reservations: one on our website for the conference period and one on Hyatt.com for days outside of the period.  The reservations will be merged upon arrival. 

 

 

Known as the center of the "California Riviera," Newport Beach has been named one of the top 10 beach destinations in the United States by the Travel Channel.   Averaging 328 sunny days a year, the area has a Mediterranean climate, with warm days and cooler evenings.

 

 

Travel

Orange County's John Wayne Airport is just 5 miles away from the hotel, and the hotel provides complimentary transportation to and from the airport. 

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is an alternative airport located approximately 40 miles away.

From John Wayne/Santa Ana (SNA) Airport:
If you are traveling by plane and flying directly into John Wayne/Santa Ana Airport, you can reach the hotel by complimentary shuttle run by the hotel. Shuttles run once every hour starting at 6:15 AM and depart from the shuttle and taxi stand across the street from the baggage claim area.  The shuttles run continuously throughout the day, so you do not need to call ahead of time.

Return to the Airport

·        You must call the shuttle company 24 hours in advance, to schedule advance reservations for shuttle pickup from the hotel to the airport.  Please leave yourself 3 hours (1 hour travel time and 2 hours to get through airport security.)

If you are traveling by car:
FROM NORTH: Take the 405 South to the 73 South.  Take 405 South (or 5 South to 55 South) to 73 South. Exit Jamboree Rd. and turn right. Travel 3 miles south. Hotel is on right.

FROM WEST: Take the 10 West to the 405 South.  Take the 405 South to the 73 South.  Take 405 South (or 5 South to 55 South) to 73 South. Exit Jamboree Rd. and turn right. Travel 3 miles south. Hotel is on right.

FROM SOUTH: Take 5 North to 405 North. Exit Jamboree Rd. Turn left. Travel 5 miles south. Hotel is on right.

The Hyatt Regency Newporter is a deluxe hotel located on 26 beautifully landscaped acres overlooking the Back Bay of Newport Beach. There are 3 swimming pools on the hotel property, as well as a nine-hole golf course. 

Newport Beach is located on the coast of California in Orange County. It is 14 miles from Disneyland, 50 miles south of Los Angeles, and 85 miles north of San Diego.
