After turning onto Centerpointe, stay in the far right hand turn lane and proceed to the stop sign. Make a right at the stop sign, and then an immediate left. Proceed to building 19722, which is the one-story, white building just past the end and to the right of a parking structure, and park in the open lot directly in front of the building.

These services include TB testing, FIT testing, Flu shots and other immunizations, on-boarding exams, records requests, etc.
